Ray Schoen

Ray began his pet sitting career when he was a child.  Family and friends would often employ his services as he was a bit of a "Dr. Doolittle" in the neighborhood. Ray recently decided to turn his passion into a business.   As the owner of Pack Leader Pet Sitting Ray is primarily in charge of planning, supervising, and performing pet sits.  He also has  experience with medication administration, training, behavior modification, and grooming.

Christa Schoen

Christa is the backbone of Pack Leader Pet Sitting handling much of the scheduling and logistical side of the enterprise while still Sitting on a part-time basis.     Christa's years of patience and understanding as a full-time special education teacher make her one of Pack Leader's leading examples of kindness and compassion that we treat each client's pets with.

Juan Otero

Juan is a certified dog trainer who employs similar techniques in training with any breed.  Juan's goal is the same regardless of large breeds, small breeds, and any dog in between:  reaching a balanced and relaxed dog.  Using a structured, firm, and calm manner, Juan works with both owner and pet to focus assertive energy into leadership.  Teaching both parties to understand the other's body language is the key to understanding early signs of outburst and nobody can teach both parties to "speak" that language better than Juan.
