Payment Terms
Pack Leader accepts payment via personal check or PayPal, regardless of having a PayPal account.  Clients will be invoiced upon completion of services either via paper invoice or electronic, paperless invoice sent directly to your email.  The choice is yours.  Payment is due within 15 days of your return.
Delinquent Payments
Delinquent payments may result in a $10 late fee for every week that passes.  Continued delinquent payments may result in a cancellation of future services.
Returned Checks
All returned checks are subject to a $25 charge.
Cancellations
A fee of $15 may be charged should cancellations occur with less than 48 hours notice.
Clients who schedule regular mid-day visits get 3 cancellations per month without penalty.  However, Pack Leader must be notified before 10am on the day of the visit should you wish to cancel.
If cancellation occurs over a holiday period*, four days notice is required.  If less than four days notice is given, the client will be required to pay 50% of the total invoice.  Pack Leader requests that clients understand holidays are a peak service time for pet care.
