A
fee of $15 may be charged should cancellations occur with less than 48 hours notice.
Clients who schedule regular mid-day visits get
3 cancellations per month without penalty. However, Pack Leader must be notified before 10am on the day of the visit
should you wish to cancel.
If
cancellation occurs over a holiday period*, four days notice is required.
If less than four days notice is given, the client will be required to pay 50% of the total invoice. Pack Leader requests
that clients understand holidays are a peak service time for pet care.
